Summer Program Volunteers

In 2026, our biggest focus is growing our nature-based Kids’ Summer Program, and we’re looking for caring adults and responsible teens to help make it happen.

This is a great fit for:

• High school and college students looking to earn community service or volunteer hours

• Future teachers, social workers, counselors, or outdoor educators

• Anyone who loves kids, nature, and hands-on learning

Summer volunteers might:

• Help guide small groups during activities and nature walks

• Support art, journaling, and craft stations

• Assist with snack and meal time

• Set up and clean up daily program spaces

• Cheer kids on, listen, and help create a welcoming, safe environment

If you need documentation of hours for school, clubs, or scholarships, we’re happy to sign off on approved volunteer hours.

Homestead & Land Stewards

Our 25 acres are slowly transforming into a space for healing, play, and community care—and that takes a lot of behind-the-scenes work.

We’re especially looking for volunteers who are:

• Willing to weed-whack, trim trees, and clear branches in our forest areas

• Comfortable using a tractor/backhoe or have experience digging trenches or holes

• Familiar with rerouting rainwater or non-traditional septic setups

• Up for spreading gravel, moving materials, or helping with small build projects
